Lama Pai Kung Fu

This Tibetan style of kung fu is closely related to White Crane and Hop Gar styles of kung fu (they can all be traced back to the same original style.) Sifu Richard Chow was taught the Lama Pai Kung Fu system by Master Chen Tai San. Richard was one of the first generation of outside students taught by Master Chen after he left the monastery.
